Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Super Bummed I was not laid off

I've asked at least a half dozen times this year to be laid off if there was lay offs and I got passed over again. The reason I didn't just leave is I would receive over $100K in a layoff package (incentive to stick it out through the misery).

Should I ask again? I've heard this round referred at as "the first wave" so does this mean there is a second wave (round) of layoffs coming?

Get that resume up to date. Next time might not be such sweet packages. Try the lottery, you might have better luck!

Yes, there will be more rounds. However, last I heard, they were NOT taking volunteers (except for leaders/VPs).
