Why all the complaining. It's just a job. Get educated and move on or stay and play the game. It's that easy. Newbies or seasoned techs all realize that working harder is not the answer. You're just putting in ur time to hopefully retire someday. I worked there for 25 years and have seen it all. Brown nosers, whistleblowers,lazy techs and some hard workers when the boss was around.
