Soooo you've never heard of vaccination programs during a disease, and cessation of vaccination programs after cases/severity of the disease wanes?
Layoffs coming in mid September.
Unbelievable. What is really going on here? 2 years of testing, mandated vaccines and masks, fear of bringing covid home to elderly and children and now its all cool? No more fear mongering from dr ouchi. Everyone just gonna put on a smile and whistle while they work? 5 days in the office is so 2019. You won’t retain the future talent with this old skool rules.
If you think employees are going to go above and beyond to do a great job, you’re kidding yourself. After this people will be mailing it in and less concerned with doing a great job for a place that mandated something untested for them to keep their jobs.

They are us forcing back in the office 5 days a week… stuck in old ways. Looking for remote work because I’m not about to commute back and forth when there is no need. Hope they fall on their face.
So I took all these jabs I didn't want and don't trust because it was mandated and now it's no longer required??
Curious how all the vaccinated employees feel about this? Now they will allow the unvaccinated coworkers back to office. Are you mad? Do you feel weird that all the sudden it’s not a problem anymore? All that time so buttoned down and the highest safety protocols. Now everything is back to normal…..except
Drank the Kool-Aid for nothing. Guess we'll wait to see the long-term effects of the experimental vax. In the end, doesn't matter work-wise whether you get vaxxed or not. All those mean posts bullying those who did not get vaxxed were so stupid.

They got to bring everyone back so they can lay the unvaccinated off in October. And then they can say you were laid off for performance, not because you’re unvaccinated.
