When will they layoff the people that make others sign NDA’s rather than bringing lawsuits against the company?

Yes the managers signed the NDA. So upsetting. No morality involved.
They have been at it NDA and contracts which ensured both the line managers and the ones impacted are stitched up well. Not the most ethical behavior in handling the layoffs putting everything on the shoulders of line managers. All top brass washing their hands off, talking platitudes constantly. Trust is LOST !!
