Instead of having to listen to the rumors that are circulating, Avaya should finally become a little more transparent with us. Don't we deserve at least that much? But Avaya expects us to be maximally productive while thinking about the cuts that are hanging over our heads...... This has a terrible effect on morale.

I do suspect the new CEO is being absolutely transparent. Yet keep in mind, he walked into a total pile of sh-t covered up under layers of cement. He also has the marketing group and others trying to play hide the chicken 🐓, so they are doing their selfie infused OneCloud ☁️ dance...which really should be a rain dance 🌨️. He has to let each of the spin doctors and music men to hang themselves with their own 🤳 lassos 🪢. So....it's almost impossible for the best of people to be transparent when they themselves have been lied to. Have faith. The numbers will force this to come out ASAP. The good people will find each other in the other side. Those keeping the BS alive will not
