Too quiet if you ask me. My manager is always on a call or webexing, and my standing meeting expired 2 weeks ago. We're told to hand tight.

who needs LR when people are quiet quitting then hard quitting.
LR is not about reducing head count it's about reducing the right head count, e.g. focus on dying projects and low-performers.
There is always a need for LRs.
