They must have heard what's been happening and now they know some of them are the only ones who are left to be laid off. Just imagine the stress and anxiety they'll be feeling before they find out once they return. Talk about a ruined vacation for every single one of them.

My supervisor planned vacation for this week about 3 weeks ago. I bet this person knew what was going down and when. The supervisors who did not take vacation are out of the loop.

I know one person who was contacted on vacation and told they no longer had a job. I suppose there’s no way around having this ruin your vacation as you’re either upset about losing your job or worried about what will happen when you return.

I was on vacation on Monday and it was stressful…kept checking my email and WebEx. Not good.
Pretty sure people on vacation were still getting called and laid off.
