This is so funny that Belk accuses Nir Patel being deceptive and unethical CEO. Was Nir Patel the ex-CEO Belk loves so much for his genius mind? This is like the old saying that P0T calls KETTLE black! What a stupid thing Belk is doing today!

they could be afraid that the payroll information will show blacks are paid less than whites, older people are paid less than younger people, or that women are paid less than men. Why else would Belk spend buckets of money on a lawsuit when they are struggling to pay a part timer $16/hr. That payroll information has something in it that Belk is terrified will be made public, that's what this case is really about. trust and believe.
