I couldn't wait to get a better offer, and now that I finally got one, I'm not nearly as happy as I thought I would be. After all, I worked here for a long time. I am most frustrated with what has been done to a company where people used to be proud to be working at. Could everything have been much different here? I think that it could have.

The biggest disappointment is the mis management of DQE. Big boss as no idea how little boss is running the site, little boss runs everything by himself smaller bosses are being told by little boss what to do. Now little boss is being found out
Take pride in that you were lucky enough to work for a great company that made and created great products by competent and leaders with vision. Unfortunately after the era of the 3 kings the company was set on the path to destruction. There is no hope with current management.
