I have a half closet full of cowboy drag outfits going to waste now.
Maybe there should be HHM day (heat, humidity, and mosquito), oh wait that is all summer.
Go Texan Day was just early Halloween. Even more so that it fell on a Friday, when 3/4 of the people aren't in the office anyways.
Contrary to popular belief, some people don't care about football or most sports.
As far as I know we still have a number of suites at the Rodeo, which is a red hat, mysogenist, animal abuse atavistic festival of nonsense.
There's a correlation between Go Texan Day disappearing and Houston becoming a woke city. GTD disappears, Juneteenth arrives. Not a coincidence. Look what GTD celebrates, Houston liberals just despise that.
We're more cosmopolitan than that. Urban Cowboy is ancient history.
Most employees really cherished GTD. So sad.
Who gives a fu-k. Stupid to begin with.
