Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

You were a good Allstate!

To fellow Allstater’s terminated in 2020…These are contemplating times with a president being terminated after long term employees have lost “our” long term jobs with devastating impact on our retirement, after long term service. We have had to deal with the brunt of “reckless” financial loss on our financial security after long term employment with a company who has had tremendous financial gain. The company has NOW acknowledged Officer did not “execute” his plan of Transformative Growth effectively, successfully. And he terminated our employment and opportunity for financial growth. Really unbelievable. It is difficult to watch others at Allstate to excel to new officer positions given the financial distress you imposed on those YOU terminated.

This post is insane "nobody owes you long term job security. That thinking is outdated and insane" you work and earn long term job security, you commit yourself to a job to succeed and prosper and retire one day. If the zoomers and millenials cant grasp this concept from the boomer generation I think you are lacking a fundamental understanding of success. Jumping from job to job, "quiet quitting" and not committing yourself is not sustainable long term. Not everyone can become a wealthy influencer.

Not a thing is going to change as we will find out in the coming days. The announcements this week right after Glenn "retires"? Coincidence? Glenn got "TG'ed" himself

He did bring in a lot of questionable Officer talent. Mario needs to address rapidly as we have minor league Officer talent in several areas. Change needed.
