It is not quiet quitting.. it is just doing what's required within the given hours. Nothing more. Always less, because this place is terrible.
We are watching. Lots of off shore watching as well. We have no choice. Bad actors are CONSTANTLY at our door...I assure you.

Just like all of shared services, HR, etc.
If it is offshored, it flat does not work reliably and trying to get a straight answer from any of the offshore folks is an absolute waste of time.
