Search on Life@Ford for "KA-11722" which is the program # for severance benefits of the Salaried Involuntary Reduction Process. You can search for "SIRP" as well.
0-5 years = 1 month salary/medical
6-7 years = 2 month salary medical
8-9 years = 3 month salary/medical
.....
20+ years = 9 month salary/medical

You will know exactly what the severance policy is if you get fired…they will ask for your personal email address so they can send it there. If you do not get fired you do not need to know what it is and should not worry about it. Simple, right?

If you were cut, the severance policy is in your package.

"If Ford has a severance policy, it was not there."
It was and still is available.

If you were terminated today, your CDSID was set to inactive shortly after the meeting. If you were terminated, you cannot go onto Life@ford to find out. If Ford has a severance policy, it was not there. I would imagine it would be a secret document within HR.
