I'm curious to know. I feel most posts on here are lies

Honestly, I sit in some of these meetings where information is shared indirectly. No one knows all of the decisions however most here are true, just the timing may be off
Im the operator. I just try to use common sense. We all know none of our positions will last 30 or 40 years. I been with the company 7 years. 6 of the 7 years I always heard about layoffs repeatedly. 2020 was the only year it happened. I'm sure allstate wants to dave as much money as possible and everything be robots. That's not a lie. However, the timeline will happen when it happens. People make things up saying it will be July, August, this week and then it doesn't happen. It may be 3 years from now. Why worry?
If OP feels that most posts on this board are lies, then how are we to know if those are OP's true feelings. Maybe OP's post is a lie.
Only Wilson, the replacement and the board knew before the announcement Jethro…Easy to keep
Under wraps..
Lie is a strong word. Most is just BS

Yep. If you're in the know, you aren't going to betray confidences. That's the easy way to be 'not' in the know any more. :D
Because the circle who were in on that process was likely small enough that any leak could be easily traced to the leaker.
