I took a VTP in July. Under the the terms of the Layoff I was supposed to get 6 months of healthcare, 3 months of dental and 1 month of vison but no. The company administering continuation of benefits through Cobra has not sent the medical premium over to Aetna even though they admit receiving the healthcare premium from Avaya. This company that Avaya has contracted is saying that they can't send Aetna the medical premium due to outstanding dental and vison premiums from August. Dental is supposed to be covered through end of Oct and vision should be covered through August. I had to call the Department of Labor to try and resolve. So glad I left. Should have known this would happen.

Wow, they are screwed up top to bottom, I just left by taking vtp also, will have to check and see if they sc--w mine up also. I don't trust the company at all, took lump sum to make sure I don't lose it when they go under..
