There is about six weeks until the end of the fiscal year… Which means that somebody Is making a list of people they want to keep, and people they can live without. If they hold true to form, layoffs around the middle of September.

Has anybody heard about the HR calls?
MSOL North America is having HR calls with all employees starting on 8/29. They’re about to make changes to pay for direct labor employees. We’ll see how many quit after that.
In May 2020 the geniuses laid off 11 in my department. I bet the short-sighted stinkers wished they could take that one back!
Had layoffs in June, 2019; June 2015; August 2010, April 2009.
Also three wage freezes in that time.
They make that list around April during org review. They'll pull the trigger soon.
