I wonder how is AIG planning to function without employees? With the workforce shrinking at an alarming rate due to so many people quitting and the leadership doing nothing to stop them, I wonder how long it'll be before the work is not being done anymore because there simply aren't enough people around to do it.

They are expanding their relationship with Accenture to fill open onshore positions with onshore Accenture folks. If your department hasn’t announced this yet they will. Guess India isn’t working so well so this is plan B. As long as they are not AIG folks that’s more in Petey’s pocket.
