If targets are set so low again and we know a payout is coming again next year it may be hard to leave…
As they have stripped most benefits I am looking for a company not so shabbily run..Call it a conscience.retail has been bad for awhile..I don't like being associated with the gutter level way the company is run..My family grew up respecting the company..it's not what Stanley made great.Private Equity is a tumor
GVR is clearly motivated by the cash - why can’t we be the same?
I’m not a quiet quitter and give my job everything I have. I can put up with all of the egos, self importance of GVR (and his ever changing team!) if I get a great reward at the end of the year. No apologies.
We worked hard. Why can’t we celebrate a big payout? I can’t help all of this peripheral stuff. Just taking advantage of the situation that has presented itself. I know Geoffroy approves.
