BDP back peddling. What happened to WFH? If we have to go back, why did I have to give up my cube. Another reason top talent will exit Carefirst.

You gave up your cube so they could turn it into an open, airy, breathable, connection, collaboration, innovation, regeneration space with a tent over top of it and a coffee bar beside it.
What will CF do with all the remote work force that are too far away to reasonably drive to the office? Will they be layed off?
What is the back to office talk now?
I won't be going back. Plenty of remote jobs out there. If they are truly trying to acquire and retain talent, they are doing the complete opposite of what they should be doing.
I'm seriously concerned for the welfare of this company. Our CEO has zero business acumen and is not focusing on the business end of things at all. We are as doomed as the titanic as long as he is captaining the ship.
