You should get the three years all in one year so you can experience paying Uncle Sam huge amounts of money. That is the BS that previous vspers had to do. Totally ridiculous.
Give us Boomers a 3 year VSP and we will be out on our way!

I wonder how they would handle our LTI if we go privarte. Would it convert to BH, or maybe buy us out? Would a total buyour fall under a COC?
Could be they plan on using Warrens reach to create a really big global carbon capture enterprise.
If warren takes 50 percent the company parts will be shed as separate entities. Chemicals, international, and domestic. Lots of value this way.
