The misery will continue

Maybe some hope that positive changes will start happening now? Any arguments? I still think that will misery will continue.

The quicker it sinks the better. The senior leaders and board of this company has zero clue what they are doing.

I went to a competitor and the difference in how employees are treated is night and day. Management at the new company actually has insurance knowledge. With EB still running the sinking ship of claims I can’t imagine anything will change.

To even begin to improve matters they’ll need to clean house in claims. That place is a disaster. You feel bad when you have friends who have claims with AS. Unfortunately there are many indifferent brown nosers in middle management who are afraid to speak up. The whole situation is sad.

You’re still in a bad spot. I left the company a year ago and I’m in a far better spot. Nothing is going to change. Now is the time to make a move!

Why would you think things will change. One person isn’t responsible for what has happened. There are teams of folks throughout the company that have thought this through. Bottom line is that our agency force is hemorrhaging and there is nothing that can be done. We have many very good agencies but the bulk of them are train wrecks and that will never change.

It will cost a fortune to correct the downward spiral that has been going on since GS started his "plan". Talk to former or current LM employee's they all went thru this. Worked with 2 former LM auto techs that left because of GS, they left Allstate after GS started.
