Only wmt La La land comments by wmt minister of trurh. Critical thinking not allowed. I i know you doing your best to prevent associates being informed but that alarm is about to go off. you do alot of green arrow on your own comments, and then your an expert at the red when truth might be seen. You'll never hire someone smarter than you, crash and burn after the election.

Still trying to control the narrative. Not your job in a free society. Present wmt disconnected corp culture minister of truth. Not back from lunch yet. Next step control the narrative , minister of wmt truth is the thought police. Your on your way to wmt minister of thought. When I started at wmt we didnt lie. in your corportate decaying culture lies flow without a blink or a pause in thought. Dont think you can think for people and most importantly have your resume updated your layoff is like a storm cloud on the horizon.

OK buddy you will need help with this one showing another desperate wmt present corp culture move. How well are we doing? If you sell 1000 items at $1 your gross is $1000.
Wmt not as expected forcast but ok. You sell 850 of the same items at $1.25(inflation). Your gross is now $1063. Present wmt corp culture out of ignorance or desperation says sales are up. we are here to satisfy the expections of our stockers. You do. you will take care of that. This present wmt corp culture is like your ship with leaks that are being ignored. Know lifeboat where abouts. Resume updated.

Reading on Walmart Layoffs The post 4th down from this one 14 days ago 8-27-22 Titled Anything From The Holiday Meeting is an example of the the reasons for a declining corp. Esp the Post ID 3qlq lib4c53q and starts My store manager. Layoffs start at the corp level. Corp bosses rise to their level of incompetence. Desperate present wmt corp culture is beyond their level of incompetence.

Sorry Corp Grunt I dont get paid to do this like you. It takes awhile to respond. Problems reading my posts? You need a new name to be referred to PWCCMT. Present Wmt Corp Culture Minister of Truth. A trained phychologist of human actions very perceptive. Your posts are flip flop filp flop. I dont think your playing in the band while wmt sinks. you have your life boat ready to go. Good luck Buddy

Its a huge win and a horriffic loss. Not only are you stupid you have wmt present corp culture morality. The 3 billion that was despertly stolen was taken from our accounts. From our pocket to yours is a hugh win. We are to be so happy for you? THIS WILL BE A TOUGH ONE FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND IF AT ALL. Taking candy from a baby is o.k. ?

@6eqg+1ii9d706: Just a suggestion….. take some time to think through your thoughts so your posts are readable, factual and stated clearly. If you worked for Walmart 25 years, you’re probably into your 40s and by now you ought to be able to use the English language to express your thoughts in an organized way. Just a suggestion. Have a great day.

Oh, someone's got a little chip on their shoulder? That’s a bummer. You’re uncontrollably thrashing on something you have absolutely no control over. Why can’t you be happy for those that will benefit from this? Are you so cold you can’t see how this is good for hourly associates? You may not benefit from it, but over a million will.

This is my second reply to converted hours. Your reply is so stupid, obviously present wmt corp culture. You probably have a target on your back to be laid off. Should be next yr but in your case could be sooner.

It was obvious that you were corp, grunt. You are an excellent representative of present wmt corp culture. I worked for wmt over 25 years, thats the reason I post on walmart layoff. dah
The comparison to where you use to work to mine at wmt , well only a present day wmt corp culture could come up with that.
Accumulating sick and personal time by the sweat of your brow is a concept inconceivable to an hour and half if at all return from lunch home office dedication.
Not only me but thousands in my wmt culture had hundreds of accumulated hours. Your corp boss lost his by choice. His time was not stolen like ours. Your wmt corp boss knows he has a time limit to use it. if the thousands with me knew it would be stolen we would have used it. No warning frozen just another wmt back stabbing desperate move. These words can not be use transparent, above board, respect for the individual, let know beforehand, trust. Only desperately stolen like the pot won after dealing from the bottom of the deck. Thats what I expect from present wmt corp culture.
Your corp boss 1 has no confidence in his team to take care of business while on vac. 2 He is always playing catch up. 3 He is not always going above and beyond , he is at the level of his wmt corp incompetence.
Well buddy expect corp layoffs. There is a shake up coming on the horizon , if you cant see it look. I think the probablity of your resume being updated and ready to go is high. Next year before June.

A huge win. If the thousands that were robbed were to get that value personal time , pto whatever it would be a win. personal time never had a problem with except being stolen.

They converted personal time into PTO so it can be used easily. When it was personal time, none of us could ever use it. But, we can now. This is a huge win for Walmart associates. I know several at my store that are very happy. It’s like a PTO windfall. It’ll help me out a lot.

"by the sweat of our brow accumulated sick time and personal time. "

not sure where you worked or for how long, but in every company I've worked prior to Walmart Corporate, we only got 5 unused days to roll over to the new year.

My boss (corporate director) lost 2 weeks last year because he was too busy working to enjoy his PTO

Your reply is sad but it is what it is. That being what walmart is today. You represent walmart culture. Tough managers know how to kiss but not how to work. Easy care free job playing the game and to show your worth, your value, you simply trash good associates you dont like. Well when your laid off next year be the dedicated walmart associate and not complain. You have an experation date. good luck

I and my fellow seniotr associates by the sweat of our brow accumulated sick time and personal time. It was and still is there in our final records. The reason its there is because as we accumulated them due to our dedication to the customer we did not use it but instead provided service. We all thought that the dollar amount was in our pocket. Like a switch turned off its there but just on paper. Not in our pocket but in walmarts pocket. Thats called being robbed or screwed. If any of us at any time thought it would not be ours it would have been taken out before it was stolen. Its our claim in the spiritual moral world on walmart. The reminant can have it now is a joke and slap in our face. Well buddy karma resets the ballance. When it happens just be the person you are now and accept it.

If you are no longer a Walmart associate, you no longer accrue, use or have any vested interest in PTO, sick time, personal time, etc.

I think it was 7 years ago that walmart ended unannounced associate personal time and sick time. Coincidentally and suprisingly since that time walmart has laid off, fired, eliminated positions held by thoes associates who accumulated the greatest amount of sick time and personal time. that due to the numbers of senior associates added up to billions of dollars. Now after conficating billions by trashing older associates walmart is going to open up personal time to pto for the survivers. anyone know a class action Lawyer
Each state is suppose to have its own rules for pto but each state has to look into this off on game that walmart played on its eliminated associates. Their worked for and earned personal time and sick time is still there.
