The most important part of the day for the highest ranking members of Allstate is to know and hear , " Our investors are very pleased with the recent bottom line data"! If this ever changes mysterious events begin taking place and people start going away. It's always about the next dollar. The soldiers get the full work load and more added stress to their daily goals and metrics. No more local agents. A dying line.
Transfer all your calls to the CCC. The next gutted and over worked agent will take your call. A supervisor is having a talk with them since their metrics are not meeting expectations but someone will be with you soon. Thanks for your patience. Good luck ,the first shoe 👞 just dropped.
Shitpiro nearly took Liberty Mutual down before Allstate, in their infinite wisdom, hired him away. An Allstate field adjuster friend of mine was told by a Liberty Mutual field adjuster when Shapiro was brought on to "hang on to ypur seats, you all are in for a wild ride". Liberty Mutual is still trying to recover from that fiasco. May be too late for Allstate to do the same.
I can't believe Transformational Growth was allowed to continue unchecked for two years. It really damaged trust and relations between employees and Leadership . Turnover is high, rates are shooting up, and there is still no profitable growth. Employees will be talking about the GS era for years. After saying all of that, I hope there is a retirement cake.
