Some complain that their skills have atrophied here. I don't want to sound provocative, but why do you think that the company is to blame for that and not you?

I don’t think people are complaining more like warning! And not just skill but work ethic as well . If you are a young worker and “shine” at GA it really means nothing bc everything that you are learning is outdated. You cannot take those skills to another employer! The “skills” you learn at GA are not marketable! Just as work ethic is not marketable! GA workers are lazy and you get what you pay for that is why GA salaries are way below market level! So when someone goes to another employer they are almost in shock about their workload even if it’s just average bc at GA deadlines are ignored! Accountability is nonexistent! And quality of work is not even spoken about…. Then to go to another place and be held accountable is a major culture shock! I would say younger workers can blame GA! While most older workers are just milking the ride and have nothing to complain
