After selling 20,000 shares of Sabre stock on Tues, Aug 16, 2022, CEO now directly owns 1,257,888 shares of the company’s stock, valued at approximately $10,075,682.88. wtf?

10 mil is not much over his yearly salary/ compensation ( approx 9 mil) so he does not have that much invested in SA. A lot to use is not much to him..

With that much money personally invested in Sabre, you could at least count on him to work for Sabre's success. He may not be good at it, but yeah.
