Mgmt tries in vain to raise morale

It is quite understandable that morale is lower than ever. My manager tries to raise morale, but I think it's a wasted effort, most of us do the bare minimum while we try to find other opportunities. I believe that some managers have altogether given up on boosting morale?

"Mgmt tries in vain to raise morale"

Well, that would be a first in my BU. Mgmt here puts the "tense" in "incompetence". Bunch of suck-ups who only care about kissing the monkey bu-t over their head while shatting on the rest of us down below.

When there is one VMware employee left, then we will have achieved "One VMware"

LOL. We are "not one VMware". There hasn't been "one VMware" in a long time. And with the executives obviously enriching themselves on the way out it's foolish to think in such childish, cultish terms. VMware 2022 is everyone for themselves.

Another childish comment .
Vmware isn’t ‘the managers’, it’s everyone, including four year olds such as yourself.
