Anyone else’s SM check out completely? Continually screws the store by showing up hours late with no communication… I wish they had to punch the clock so you could see how much their salary is working for them. Not to mention being in the office for the 75% of the time he is in the building.

You seem like another associate that is clinging on out of desperation and refuses to acknowledge your days are numbered and the last day is approaching fast. The BS they "have to listen to" is on them. They should get out instead of taking out their frustrations with their staff. Let me guess you are one of the SM's that can't land another job and also take it out on your co-workers.

Sorry you have to go through that. Not all store managers are that way. My store manager works wherever is needed including processing freight, ringing, helping with rotations and sets. Our budget is so low we don’t have associates so he takes on what he can. He’s in his office literally 30 mins a day. We’re lucky at our store.
If this is the store I think it is,the person writing this should have no room to talk.
