The days when employees were rewarded for making their career in one place are long over. Staying here after the dust has settled will gain you nothing. They will ignore your loyalty and lay you off the first chance they get. These days it's all about profits above people for the company and those who run it. Keep that in mind when deciding what to do.

Yep, just waiting on what the new direction is going to be, and if I'll be a part of it. I'm so upside-down on the stupid stock I purchased that I'm rooting for Avaya instead of rooting against them (which I feel in my heart is the more reasonable path). I'll stick around if they come out with some product that could actually sell, and if our BoD isn't proven to be as shady as they look right now... The whole C-Suite should be purged, but who am I to judge?
