When can I expect a can opener, a mop maybe a kitchen towel. It’s sad that we can’t get a type of cleaning chemical. How many more empty sections before we get what we need and what sells everyday. I can get 30 $400 foot massages but not a $3 bottle of windex. It’s mind blowing!!!!!!

It’s appalling to see SM’s searching Returns for ship outs. It was returned for a reason. Was told to look through RTV’s for BOPIS and Ship Outs to get the order completed . I would be a pi---d off customer if I knew the behind the scenes of BBB
It amazes me that there are still people that work here that truly believe BBB will not file chapter 11 soon.
Simple there is no plan yet. Those in the ivory tower better come up with one 2nd ending soon. Just an opinion but if they want to file chapter 11 the court is going to wànt one. It's a shame how in 3 yrs our company went from to the place to go for all events to we don't càrry that anymore or can't get it. One Diva comes with whole great idea Target lite ! That will do it ! Tape on the floor where receivers stand on the floor just a few of the things 1.1 billion dollars were wasted on . Oh not forget the big Savior conversion! How did that work they converted all our loyal customers to other retailers . GREAT PLAN!
It doesn't matter what we get if there's no one to put it on the shelf or maintain it. We have e freight but no put away or people on the floor. If we have 4 warm bodies in the store working at the same time it's a miracle. But then they get used for cds pulling or bopis. Can not continue to keep the doors open this way. My store looks horrible. And we can't even clean it up.

I don't think we will see all the national brands come back. Some of these vendors are going to be worried about being paid.
All the national brands are coming back to the store. It's just going to take a little time but they are getting rid of most of the owned stuff and bringing back what we used to carry. At least they are trying, better than the last 3 years.
Unfortunately BB&B is no longer the place to go!!!! Once our owned brand hit the shelves we were doomed!!!!
Chapter 11 is next. Not that is going to help .MT and the gang and thier d-mb ideas to change a world that just needed to update systems. Now the company is broke. Time for the liquidators to take over and put it out of its misery.

Don’t forget about irons, twin xlong anything, Brita , ironing board covers, shower squeegees the list goes on and on. Then when we say we don’t have it they throw Amazon in your face.
Someone in corporate better take control of all of this and not worry about how long it takes to do FFF in the morning or if the receiving crew is standing in the right spot taped out on the floor. NO ONE is listening to what the customers want!
The last three years have been a nightmare of customers looking for things we no longer have or just out of stock. Our loyal customer base has fled! This store was always known for a terrific selection and our customers relied on that. If they came in for a can opener, they found several to choose from. Now days why bother making a special trip when there is no longer any selection.
