More and more of my colleagues are leaving. Even those who seemed to be comfortable and satisfied here are leaving. Is it just me or is a mass exodus in the works?

@OP They’re probably going to other O&G companies where they’re likely to be just as unhappy.
Same outdated software, same silly open-office plans, same managers, same benefits, etc. Better just to leave fossil fuels altogether.
