I guess I'm not the only one who is suddenly overwhelmed with so much work and such unrealistic expectations. My only conclusion is that they are trying to get rid me without a package? Neither can I meet those expectations, nor do I want to leave without a package.

OP must be legacy Sprint, complaining about extra work.
Quit complaining and get back to work. If you have time to complain, you have time to work.
