To the guy commenting about the absence of racists and bigots at Emerson. The only years I didn’t encounter racists and bigots openly at Emerson…during the pandemic because of WFH. Emerson isn’t full of them but they are common in Gulf Coast, Iowa, Boulder.

The idea that leadership want to improve the culture while at the same laying off people doesn’t play well together.

Elizabeth seems like a nice lady and a talented communicator but total waste of a salary. She makes the assumption that Emerson is full of racist bigots. I’ve been with the company many years and haven’t ran into either. She needs to find another place to smile and say useless words.
