Webster defines Accountability as an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions.
For example, if GSSO Americas top leadership misled everyone regarding the calculation of Gold Rush, then they should take accountability for that. Unfortunately, these two have not shown any accountability and continue to find others to blame or simply ignore and refuse to address.
They have not been held accountable up to this point, so why do you believe they will be now by posting this. It is abundantly clear that they are not leaders in any aspect.
Due to these two, things have been in a downward spiral with no end in sight. The VP lies to the field. The GSSO Americas SED is only focused on kissing up to the Agile TSA and C2E executive. These two are destroying GSSO more and more each day. And then they wonder why the competition is winning.
Those two will not demonstrate accountability so no reason to keep hoping.
