I am thinking this was already paid for in full. Otherwise, why spend the money? It seems silly that they would discontinue floor services but still pay for these surveys.
you gotta think closing stores is on the table right now. biggest expense reduction is clearly taking the easy path. payroll, rent, etc savings are all captured by one move.
All I can tell you it was a task sent to stores months ago and included the date of each stores visit. Mine was completed a few weeks back.
Couldn't that be done with the zebra phone? Every thing else can. Just an observation.
