Remodels are canceled and the vendors like my company who are contracted to install the fixtures have not been paid for our services. We are owed nearly $2M.. VP of construction “SE” has no oversight and lacks the basic business financial knowledge to be an operator. Sad to see the reckless spending, neglect and damage he and VP “GM” have done to an otherwise great company. Remove them both and start fresh BBB.

Cohen did not pay much for his CALL premium which he will benefit in selling the 10% in stock holdings and exit. I thinks he is the smartest guy in the room, when in fact, I am that guy! Ha

If that is true, sounds like BS, you and GM violated company policy and SEC rules on insider trading.
I spoke to GM today and he said that I should cover my short stock position in BBBY because they are filing Chapter very soon. Good advice the reason why the stock is climbing today.
The VP of construction was fired recently. Maybe they see what is really going on. Who will be next ? GM who got the boot from Party City for shady dealings. I have hope that this ship won’t sink yet.
I don’t think MT walked away, he was escorted out and is laughing all the way to the bank. The VP’s are spending way too much money on non essential projects. Get the merchandise back in the stores and the customers will be back. Maybe the answer is better buyers. We are selling cr-p now get back the stuff that sells and has a good margin. Ask the people in the stores what the customers want not your zoom calls from home. The top players are not doing anything better than the last group did. So sad.
