It's obvious that the people leading the company are fully incompetent and have no idea what they're doing. There is no long-term strategy in place that I can see. I usually wouldn't even care, but it's the employees who end up paying for their incompetence. If there was ever a time to leave this place, it's now.

The company is going to file for chap 11 and the leadership u have now has experience n can guide the company through this process…at this point as a worker…you are just livestock…not a human…the power in charge of yer company expects the talented to leave…and will even retain important players at high $$$ to stay through this but you guys as mid mngmnt or line workers? U guys are there now to get hosed n at this point upper mngmnt expects that u know this…take it or leave it

They are very incompetent. We cannot even keep our store fully staffed because no one wants to work for minimum wage ten hours a week.
