Anyone else notice that Texas Tech grads have taken over the VP and management positions at Chesapeake? This is worse than the Aggie fraternity.

All you really need is to make friends with your manager, VP, and talk real loud and often in meetings. Either scared people with doomsday scenarios or show upside and hope you move before implementation. Once you make it to management just keep asking your team to elevate solutions on how to manage themselves. If they pushback ask them for their LETS profile. You don’t need a degree at peake.
It would be a shame if someone started calling OSHA and reporting their out of compliance issues but it would even be worse if someone started calling EPA and TCEQ on all of the smoking flares and spills across BV valley. You can easily locate their numbers on Google.
I cover up the incident in BV so ShellyBur DonnieTo KevininaMat can continue hiding incidents and sending people to the hospital
I am Timthebeard. I set the standard of how low you can go as a lo----e. I don't care what is right or wrong, just whatever the company wants so I can continue to collect a paycheck. I laid off hundreds that opposed me and controlled accident investigations so the root cause was always inconclusive. I forgot that life is a balance and my evil deeds will come back to haunt me someday.
Chad, we all know how proud you are of your silly B.s. from that joke of a petroleum engineering department !
At least the CSM crowd had petroleum engineering degrees instead of bullsheet mechanical or chemical or electrical or civil or aerospace engineering degrees that are totally worthless in the oil and gas industry.
Much better than the elitist CSM crowd.

Yeah, and we’re gonna start throwing tortillas after every earnings call
