It’s not even a secret anymore. On a daily basis I see people with good technical skills leaving this company at the first sight of any other opportunity. The sad thing is that I don’t see any efforts to replace the people who leave, much less to stop the bleeding.
Looks to me the best thing for the rest of us right now would be to hit the job market as well.

Actually I was a pilot plant technician and was able to find equal pay with same benefits. And was able to get my quality of life back. This pilot plant at the Center had crazy rotating between 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Every other weekend (12 hour shifts 1st and 3rd only). Sometimes the run would last 19 straight days if needed. So no its possible to leave and find peace. Everyone there...either divorced or suffering strange health complications with weight gain and sleep deprivation.
Any tech employee still here cant get hired anywhere else or they would be at a tech company where the pay is double, the options arent worthless, and the trajectory is good. Shut up and do ur jobs and be happy ur still around.
Why would anyone want to stay? They keep hiring SVPs and VPs but don’t care about the folks that actually do the work. This place is a sh1t show.
Everyone over 50 left already, anyone under isnt coming here. Does this actually need to be said?
