How are people making out at this toxic company. Any rumours of impending layoffs?

Is that post below serious? Today I learned that venting about my company to colleagues on a forum where there will be no retribution against me makes me a back stabber! Turn your back on the company? We owe them nothing outside of showing up and doing what is in our job description/performance contract. Pretty sure the majority of us would be perfectly fine and our careers wouldn't go off the rails if Pembina was never in our lives. They're just another corporation.
ps/ Not everyone here kisses the company ring and worships a corporation like you do. Don't post anything online when you are eventually let go. I can't wait to let them have it when it happens to me that is for sure. Lot's of skeletons.
Yep. A whole bunch coming right before Christmas to all of the people that bi--h how bad they got it on this site. Makes me sick. I go to work wondering if it’s any of the people I know. You are the back stabbers ,turn your back on Pembina but still collect a healthy pay check. It’s a good company. Better than a lot out there. Ridiculous
I hope we lay off people like you! Put your big boy/girl pants on an quit if you don't like it here.
Come in, do my job, and go home. No more unpaid overtime or taking on any new work if possible. Could care less if it rubs anyone the wrong way. The passion and appreciation for this place is long gone.

I doubt there are plans for a group layoff anytime soon. However, they could cut a ton of dead weight and the company/world would move on. The resume is ready to go if anything happens.
Read the posts here about Pembina layoffs, and prepare to be insulted with the severance and treatment.
BTW. The Pembina approach is to not layoff people and pay them out, but to make their lives difficult. Performance Improvement Plan, increased workload, removal of office or perks to make them resign and go away. Can't set that precedent or others will flee the cult.
Like a dysfunctional family sending the kid to foster care. Avoid the company.
Pembina doesn't do layoffs.... the just stay below the threshold of numbers that would require them to announce layoffs.
