Will the 100 slide powerpoint decks matter and result in anything?

I used to love 3M, the first 3 years were great. The last 5 were miserable. Sr Mgr and Director bloat, the worst managers are promoted, and if you're a great producer, plan to stay where you are at. Dilbert Principle in full effect. I left in the spring of '21, and it was the best career decision I've ever made. Good luck to the rest of you. The grass is certainly greener elsewhere.
No idea about healthcare but the psd plans are all total bs . Level 16s and 17s making meaningless powerpoint slides that amount to nothing…Worst part of it is they believe their own bs while the redt of us cant even keep a straight face
