Diversity of thought is not allowed. Comply or be reprimanded! The consensus on part of the people is not the same as the ge----o in charge. People are fed BS just enough to feel like their feedback is heard (Surveys). There are even "union stewards" assigned to pretend to care about these surveys and seek feedback from employees. This information is then fed to management. However, this is only fake "union" activity. Hmm!!!

SLT is too far removed to take accountability. Especially when they only focus on organizing photo ops as evidence that everything’s fine.
You think SLT is capable of coming to that sort of realization?
Once the SLT understands that they are the problem, the answer to the surveys will make sense!
After getting some weird follow up survey after the our voice and still literally nothing changing, yeah I think they’re BS.
I don’t trust these surveys.
Why would someone choose to give up some of their salaries to impose yet another set of additional rules and another set of people telling you what to do? They care about the health, well-being, and salaries of the Union before they get around to you.
Looks like the union organizers are infiltrating these blogs. F-Unions. Worthless anachronisms.
