Has anyone looked at the LinkedIn pages of the RVP’S and top executives? They are not based in reality. Lots of High fives, photos of meetings where everyone is smiling dressed in business casual clothing, it’s laughable. The sad reality is stores are hanging on by a thread and nothing is being done to improve morale. Employees are here one day and gone the next. wow. Just wow.

Cheap suits or clearance items at Belk can attract many cheap customers this Christmas time, but Belk top executives and store managers stupid looks and fake lying smiles are still free at Belk 24/7 at no cost and no charge to everyone!
They have to look good for the next job.....
