The way the company reacts in the case of life threatening storms is a big disappointment. They claim that they care about our safety, but the reality is completely different. Run away from here asap!

Any stores damaged will just be added to the closing list if they weren’t already on it.
They have always claimed safety was a big deal at the stores as well. It was. For customers. Employees? Not so much. Have seen numerous violations of policies, many done by supers, etc. I have seen coffee stacked at least 4 feet above lighting fixtures as well. And up to me to bring it down alone if I cannot find a spotter. Good luck with that.Corp more concerned about customer lawsuits. Not that I want any customers to get hurt, and not that I did not keep them safe during my time at BBBY. The joke amongst our employees at the flagship store was that they cared about everyone BUT the Employees. Hence I think any stuff on here about SMs and such is pure bunk.
