How long does the survey last ?
Is any action really ever done with the comments associates give?

No, meaningful action is never taken. They'll pick a couple of stupid comments and act on those and claim they listened and acted. if people stopped giving stupid feedback, they'd have to take action on the harder stuff that is actually meaningful.
They know who is taking the survey. Just like they know who is posting what on this board. Neither is anonymous.
The collapse is coming... sure it is. just like Lowes and a few other retailers on this site said someone every freaking year!
The survey probably is a gage for unrest. Wmt isn't going to lose money over a survey
only make more money. There are too many associates that respond the way they think wmt would want them too. I always felt they know who answered their survey. When the last time you answered straight down "strongly disagree"?

Pure truth. I agree wholeheartedly.
The survey is a joke. CEO and CTO make $50 million plus bonuses, steer the company into a ditch, then have the gall to ask the associates for a "billion dollar idea" to correct the supply chain issues they created. If you can, don't get held hostage, and leave the sinking ship. Blind leading the blind into oblivion is all that's left. Enjoy time with family while you still can, collapse is coming.
I know exactly what the process of the survey is. I also know what the reporting gives management. Nothing is EVER done with the results. Sad and pathetic when you have a management team who doesn’t give a cr-p.
Taking the survey does make a difference. If you knew the process of the survey and the reporting after, you would understand. Not taking the survey gives your management team a free pass, so don’t do that. Also, every associate should have an opportunity to view the results AND get a copy.
I agree that nothing is ever done. However, in the comment section, I suggested that Walmart gives their employees a raise to account for inflation.
Don’t take it , or take it a don’t answer the questions
Why bother doing the survey. Walmart doesn’t care. Nothing ever changes.
Survey is a big joke. No action is ever taken.
