You use a test to select. Then those who test and are selected leave, because they really didn’t do the job before and now they don’t want to because it IS demanding and they can’t. It is never
“just” a test. You have to look at the individual performance. How is it that as a company you want to recognize individualism but when you select people to stay and determine if they are worthy, you leave it to a test that shows a singular result. You may say not a singular result. For all your talk about using analytics, check to see how the retention based on that decision model. Think broadly.

If it is the assessment test you are discussing it was a big joke. If those tests meant anything, claims would not have hired 90% of those people back. They received their severance and returned at the same pay if not more and the same seniority.
