Never knew this was a thing but apparently ever other person i have spoken to lately is ,quiet quitting’ they do not give a damn anymore about their jobs or performance. If your business unit head sends an email stating that things are not going to change in near future then what else do you expect?

Comment on the last reply. Keep in mind Mullet Boy and the elderly core exec's he brought with him was always to fill their pockets and to he-l with the company. Called his friends out retirement to get in on this with him.
Yep, that's the young new hires who grew up swiping their phones and playing games. They have no idea what true "work ethic" means. They refuse to answer an email or call after working hours, not doing a work assignment they felt wasn’t in their job description, and insisting that if your employer wants them to go above and beyond, they need to pay you for it upfront. No need to prove ones self....just pay me and I am off to the next job. In addition to that they can't even keep up with emails or the job during the standard work day because they are too busy networking, looking for the next job and spending the day on social media.
Yep, NCR keep laying of the good workers who have been faithful hard workers for years and replace them with young workers who don't care. I guess NCR mullet head likes that strategy since he has done nothing but run the company into the ground. I am sure he is laughing he and he get paid good money to do it!
This has been occurring for quite a while at NCR and more so now. People in my team go into the office, scan for new jobs, customize their resumes and forward on from private email. Getting any work done is like pulling teeth because most of us are counting the days. Morale and going 110% are things of the past thanks to Mullet Boy and his band of greedy cronies'.

I think this is a USA wide phoenomenon and not just a NCR wide.
