If a company attracts people who actually want to work, invests a lot to provide them with some kind of training, I consider it a great loss when these people leave in in a short time. If only they would pay those people a little more, maybe some of them would stay. Otherwise, the company serves only as a temporary job for many and loses money.

In the real world, State Farm is competing with retail and food service industry with pay, with none of the flexibly those industries offer to the employee, all for about 1000 times more work and effort.
At least before we could say "at least you can earn a pension" but no longer.
Its a hard sell. Also, I really love the efforts to get current claims employees to get their friends and family to apply for a few hundred bucks....im sure this is the case for most claims employees....those friends and family hear how im treated and keep telling me to leave its not worth the money to be treated like that....are you F-ing nuts im never going to convince them to join for the $37k and abuse....he-l most my friends and family couldnt afford the pay cut RA2 would offer them....this is all excluding the non stop overwork and abuse they hear about and are concerned about.
Im not sure there is a more out of touch management team than here at SF.
The training is awful. For the overload of work pay us more, why not. Praying for good change.
Losers
The original post is so generic I question whether the writer even works for the Farm.
Just managing to breathe is not much of an accomplishment….nice try gramps, no one is impressed.
Someone didn't get to be a Grandpa by buying into false narratives unless you're JB.
Good night Grandpa.
In real life, if you get better opportunity elsewhere you take it. SF shows no loyalty to their family anymore so why expect loyalty back. Take your participation trophy and put it where the sun doesn't shine. You get what you pay for.
So, you say these people accept the job, at the pay offered, and they expect a raise "in a short time", and they leave if they don't get it?
In real life, they don't give out participation trophies.
