I read the website for the trial lawyer. Absolutely no threat nor claim warning 3M pensioners about any garnishment of their LAWFULLY EARNED pension.

The ja----s poster (sorry but have to use that word this time for someone who is obviously a PLANT and not a pensioner) is full of cr-p claiming this BS.

Sure the attorneys would love for gullible pensioners to turn over their pensions willingly. But they CANNOT take away what is yours lawfully. Bankruptcy only puts everyone in line, but the trial lawyers will be at the end.

Have a nice evening!

After reading this law firm’s page I think they’re a blowhard and making stuff up other than what is public knowledge to seek out naive clients.

Plaintiffs will never see a nickel. 3M would rather go bankrupt than make these losers rich.

The judge can urge whatever she wants. she has absolutely no trust on the 3M side due to her completely biased decisions at every turn - and 3M's bankruptcy gambit has destroyed trust also.

I have some high quality inside contacts who assure me there are NO real negotiations going on. 3M is hoping J&J bankruptcy preceded comes to the rescue and plaintiffs have NO interest in any amount less than a number that would make 3M their Bi--h in perpetuity...just a CF machine to feed Plaintiffs dreams of jackpot.

Most likely 3M scenario is BK in next three years. My inside contact tells me management is VERY confident on bankruptcy strategy.

Both sides are delusional which tells me this ends up in liquidation and plaintiffs get in line with everyone else.

Company is not worth much in BK.

254,134 cases are pending adjudication as a result of documented inferior 3M/Aearo earplugs. These cases are not a class action lawsuit and the next trial is scheduled to begin in 3 weeks.

As evidenced by the cases that have already gone to trial, plaintiffs with no medical documentation supporting their claim will not be paid one penny.

The inflammatory comments by the same 3M employee disparaging the plaintiffs, demonstrates substantial ignorance and immaturity.

No firm, including the 120 year old 3M is exempt from litigation. In the real world, companies are often held accountable for the products they bring to market.

PFAS contamination is another prime example of 3M’s complicit poisoning of groundwater, including water in their own backyard.

The judge is urging both sides to negotiate in good faith.

3M stock closed on September 30 at 110.50 and layoffs continue.

When will senior management be held accountable for the perpetual failings, including the upcoming Q3 revenue miss?

Has anyone heard of this firm?

Just like this law firm, negotiations are a joke.

The plaintiffs will never agree to anything other than 3M liquidation.

Every one of these 230 thousand 'victims' expects to be a millionaire from their 'hearing damage'.

They will fight to the death as will 3M.

Negotiations are a complete waste of time.
