I simply don't have any motivation to work here anymore because I know I will be laid off eventually. I am dedicated to looking for a new job and I only do the minimum necessary. It is interesting that even the manager has no objections. How does your manager react to a drop in productivity?

If you don't become selfish now, you will regret it. vmware execs didn't care about us, why should we? Better start looking. If they retain you, good. If not, at least you are prepared.

Take care of yourself, focus on the forward. Managers are in the same boat as you. I know, because I am one. Hocktilla the hun is on his way to pillage all we have built. Don’t give him any more, because he could care less about us
