One way or another a major reorganization is coming to the C-Suite. Hopefully sooner rather than later. A 100 percent replacement of all current C-Suite personnel is absolutely necessary.
Robert Bilott added to the Board of Directors would kick up the "shibboleth" factor even more.
Not sure it matters as the damage is done. The leaders (upper management is probably a better description) and the board of directors appear to have given up on it all. Need to figure out a way to blow it all up, but doesn’t seem like anybody is in charge.
If complaining about the C-suite worked, everyone would do it.
